The Finometer PRO and the Finometer MIDI are non-invasive stationary blood measurement and beat to beat haemodynamic monitoring systems that incorporate proprietary ModelFlow® methodology for Cardiac Output.

The Finometer's advantage is its accurate and robust continuous measurement in an all-in-one concept, which makes it a versatile non-invasive beat to beat monitoring system. The Finometer not only captures the continuous blood pressure waveform, but also automatically computes up to 15 important beat to beat haemodynamic parameters including Cardiac Output (CO), Stroke Volume (SV), Total Peripheral Resistance (TPR), Pulse Rate Variability (PRV) and BaroReflex Sensitivity (BRS). It is suitable for a wide range of clinically and scientifically focused measurements in hospitals, clinics and research institutions.

The Finometer MIDI is intuitive and easy to use, offering relative accuracy, excellent to observe trends. System control and numerical parameter visualization takes place via keypad and LCD display; graphical visualization is possible via connection to a PC/laptop. Only the Finometer PRO offers absolute accuracy through Return To Flow (RTF) calibration using an inflatable arm cuff and direct graphic parameter visualization on a built-in flat screen.

BeatScope® software

The standard BeatScope Easy software allows online monitoring, control, storage and offline review of pressure data on a PC. A patient report can be produced with a single mouse click. The optional BeatScope 1.1a software allows online monitoring, control, storage and offline review of the complete data including cardiac parameters.
